Colour Q Challenge #78

Hello again!  Here is the color pallete for this week for ColourQ challenge #78:

I knew I was going to make a baby girl card with these colors as soon as I saw them.  So without further ado, here is my card:

The stamps are American Crafts, cardstock Stampin Up! and DCWV, ink is Stampin Up!, ribbon is Bazzill Basics and Offray, the flowers are Petaloo, the flower on the onesie is from a Fiskars border punch.  I also used a Fiskars border punch where I tied the ribbons. The onesie and tag background are from the Sentimentals and Straight From the Nest Cricut cartridges.  I used the paisley Cuttlebug embossing folder and the Cuttlebug machine.  I think that's it supplywise.

I have all boys, so I jump at the chance to make girly things.  I had a lot of fun making this card and I  am loving the results!

I even think the inside is cute:

Thanks for checking out my card!  Have a fantastic day!!

Colour Q Challenge #77

This week's Colour Q challenge has beautiful colors!  I was excited to make a card this week with them.  Here is what I designed:

I used cardstock, Nestabilities, Cuttlebug embossing folder and machine, and jewels.  I cut the Nestabilities to make the wings.  It's a bit hard to tell from the picture, but the jewels on top are Bermuda Bay colored with Clear on top and the bottom ones are Clear with Bermuda Bay colored on top.

I have to say I would have never made this card if it wasn't for this challenge!  I am so happy that I took the challenge and made this card.  Since it doesn't have a sentiment, it can be used for a birthday, get well, thanks, whatever!  Love that!!

As a side note, I am SO loving Micro Glue Dots.  Those things are so handy!!

Thanks for checking out my card!!  Have a fabulous day!

Wedding Time

My niece just got married last weekend and I wanted to post the card I made for her.  Her colors were pink and brown:

My neice Holly needed a card to give to her, so I made this one for her.  It was a quick and easy one, but I think the results are impressive:

Colour Q Challenge #76

Time to display the card I made for this week's Colour Q Challenge 76

These are the colors:
Here is my card:

I thought it would be fun to make a scene card this time.

Supplies I used:
Cardstock: Stampin Up!, Die Cuts with a View
Ink: Stampin Up!
Patterned Paper: Chatterbox
Stamps: G Studio
Other: Adhesive, pop dots

I punched out the flowers from the Daffodil Delight paper and glued them to the tree.  I stamped the cloud and tree with Old Olive and the bird with Kiwi Kiss.

Hope you like it!  Thanks for visiting my blog.  Have a wonderful day!
