Crafting Like Crazy!
I have been having a crafting streak! My sons school is asking for things for teachers that they can give to them next week for Teacher Appreciation. It is raffle style, so since I am not sure that my kids teachers will get the items, I went generic. That doesn't mean boring! I have caught the 'free printable' bug and can't get enough of these adorable pieces of art that are available on blogs. So here are the two that I am giving to the teachers:
I got these frames at WalMart for a great deal! I thought these would make great additions to their classrooms or homes.
(I didn't print these on my printer. I took the files on a flash drive to FedEx and had them printed. They look so great!)
You can get these amazing printables here and here WARNING!! These sites are addictive!! ;)
Of course as I was browsing, I found more that I loved, so I printed more. I only had 2 more frames, so I will have to get more soon so I can display these beauties! Here are the ones I wanted to display right now:
I just love these! I got them here and here
My son's Boy Scout troop is having a fundraiser in a couple of weeks and they wanted families to make things to be auctioned off. So I made 2 pillows for that. Here they are:
The back:
Hopefully someone will want to bid on them!
Thanks for looking! Love to know what you think. Have a creative day!!

ColourQ Challenge #132
I have had a very exciting week! I was chosen as a courtier last week, which is always wonderful! Thanks again so much! Then my family and I went to Las Vegas for a getaway. We were only gone 3 days but it was so nice to have a break from reality! We don't gamble, so we find other activites like roller coasters, swimming and malls. We had a great time!
I thought this week's colors at ColourQ looked really fun! Here they are:
Here is my card:

ColourQ Challenge #131
I hope you are all having a great week! Here are the super soft colors for the CQC challenge this week:
These are amazing colors and I was super excited to create with them!
The card I made was WAY time consuming (took a long time to design), but I am thrilled with how it turned out:
I wanted to try 'curling' my organza ribbon for a soft, pretty effect. I like how it turned out. I just happened to have all of these ribbon colors in my stash! I made it so they come from the back of the card over the top and to a point on the bottom. This was not easy, but I finally got it on the card!
I got this Scalloped Frame punch (EK Success) at JoAnn's a couple of week ago and have been wanting to make a card with it. I really love it. I wanted to add some flowers and so I thought it would make the perfect 'wreath' background.
I love to know what you think, so leave a comment below. Thanks so much for looking! Have a creative day!
Supplies:
Cardstock: Stampin Up!, unknown
Ribbon: Unknown (purchased from TaiPan Trading)
Punches: EK Success (flowers, scalloped frame, border punch)
Cricut: Provo Craft (bird)
Jewels: Unknown
Photoshop Elements: Adobe (Congratulations, using Dancing Script font, downloaded from the Internet)

Carrot Garland
One of my friends on Pinterest pinned an adorable carrot garland from this Fiskars post. I knew I had to make one!
Here is mine:
I used my Fiskars crimper to crimp my strips of orange cardstock before making the carrots. I think it adds such a cute dimension!
What do you think?
Have a creative day!
