ColourQ Challenge #82

Hi again!  Seriously, I wasn't so sure I was going to get a card out this week.  I had to take care of things this week that don't normally happen (like defrosting my freezer).  Then on Wednesday, I hurt my neck and yesterday was completely out of commission!  Thank heaven for the chiropractor and my amazing Mother in Law who came to help me care for my kiddos!  Today I have more range of motion, but it is still very sore and I have to careful what I do. I can't lift and it is amazing how many things I want to lift in a day!  It is hard to put up with setbacks, but we have to take the good with the bad.

So, today I finally got a chance to sit down and make a card for the ColourQ Challenge #82  Whoa Nellie!  These colors are a challenge!  I wouldn't have put these together on my own, but I was pleasantly surprised how they work together.  Here are the colors:

I took the circle inspiration from the sample to create my card:

I used cardstock from Stampin Up! and other, ribbon by Offray and American Crafts, Stamps by G Studio and Stampin Up!, circle punches by Fiskars and EK Success.  I had to use my Cricut to cut the mat to the "thanks" with the George cartridge.  Ink is Stampin Up!

I call this card Simply Circles.

I always need a good 'male' card and I think this one really fits the bill.  Thanks again for the challenge!  It was fun.  Let me know what you think!!  Have a wonderful day!
