Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn Birthday Card

I am SUPER excited that it is almost November!!  That means Breaking Dawn is almost in theaters!!  I got my tickets yesterday, thanks to a dear friend!!  I cannot wait!

My sister's birthday is coming up and she shares my love and enthusiasm for all things Twilight!  (In fact, she is coming to the movie with me!!)  So it seemed only natural to make her a Twilight card.  Without further ado, here it is:

I had a blast making this card!  :)  I think the ribbon resembles a bookmark.

Here is the inside:

And I even am showing the back because I wrapped the patterned paper around the back:

Hello again!  I hope you are all doing well.  I have had sick kids for pushing 2 weeks.  I am SO ready for them to be healthy again.  The flu is awful!  They even had their flu shot!  I was grateful to escape to my scrapbook room to work on a card. :)

Here are the colors for this week's challenge at the ColourQ:

Although these are Halloween colors, I wanted to see what I could come up with that wasn't spooky or scary.  So here is my card:

It makes my day to read your comments!  Last week's were SO nice!  I hope you have a wonderful weekend with Halloween!  Make sure you get some chocolate for yourself!

ColourQ Challenge #107

Hello!  I hope you are enjoying Fall and Halloween time.  It is a fun time.  We love to decorate and dress up.

I have a card for the ColourQ Challenge #107  Here are the fun, Halloween colors:

 And here is my card:
I really wish you could see my card in real life.  The way the light shines on the ribbon creates a neat effect and brightens the card.  The 'B' on Beware is so detailed and matches the Lucky Limeade paper perfectly.  Nevertheless, I hope you enjoyed looking!  I enjoy your comments so please leave them below.  I hope you have a frightfully perfect Halloween!!
